The bail application was withdrawn and disposed of without being heard on merits.

Summary

The applicant, Pratik Sharad Kulkarni, filed a bail application in the Bombay High Court. The applicant's counsel, Mr. Mohd. Moin Khan, informed the court that the parties intended to settle the matter amicably and sought permission to withdraw the application. The court granted leave to withdraw, ordered the application to be disposed of as withdrawn, and directed the registry to record the advocate's vakalatnama. It was expressly noted that the application was not heard on its merits. The matter was thus concluded without a substantive hearing on the bail issue.
