Disposal
DISPOSED OFF

Holding

Temporary bail was granted to Shahinath Vikramrao Parbhane for four days subject to escort and reporting conditions, and the application of Vinayak Shahinath Parbhane was withdrawn.

Summary

The court considered a bail application filed by two accused, Shahinath Vikramrao Parbhane and Vinayak Shahinath Parbhane. The counsel sought to withdraw the application of the second applicant, which the court allowed. For the first applicant, temporary bail was sought due to the death of his sister‑in‑law, requiring his presence for family rituals. The court granted four days of temporary bail to the first applicant, subject to payment of escort charges, restriction to the jurisdiction of Beed City Police Station, daily reporting, and a diary of attendance. The applicant must be escorted to the place of the last rituals and returned to prison by 4 p.m. on 14 July 2026. The order was disposed accordingly.
