RAVINDRA WAMAN KOLIversusTHE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA

Disposal
Withdrawn

Holding

The bail application was disposed of as withdrawn.

Summary

The applicant, Ravindra Waman Koli, filed a bail application in the Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench, seeking liberty pending the filing of a charge-sheet, which he anticipated within 90 days (by 29-08-2026). The applicant's counsel indicated a disinclination to argue the merits at that stage and intended to approach the trial court once the charge-sheet was filed. The court, after hearing the counsel, granted the requested liberty, stipulating that if the application is filed before the trial court along with the charge-sheet, it would be considered on its merits. Subsequently, the applicant withdrew the bail application. The court disposed of the bail application as withdrawn and also disposed of the accompanying criminal application to assist the bail application.
