PER COURT :-
1. Learned APP submits that the investigation in the
present case is complete. Charge-sheet has been prepared and
submitted for approval to the Higher Authorities on
11.08.2026.
2. Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that this
Court may direct the authorities to consider and decide upon
the grant of approval within a stipulated time frame. If the
charge-sheet is filed then the Applicant is permitted to
approach the learned Trial Court with the charge-sheet seeking
fresh application for bail.

3. The SDPO, Bhokar is directed to grant approval to the
charge-sheet at the earliest if he is of the opinion that the
conducted investigation is sufficient and complete for the
purpose of investigation. The liberty as sought by the applicant
is allowed. Applicant is at liberty to file fresh application after
filing of charge-sheet. In case any such application is filed then
the same be decided on its own merits.
4. Bail Application stands dismissed as withdrawn with
liberty as prayed for.
