Summary

The petitioners, Deepak Bhagwanrao Shinde and another, filed a bail application in the Aurangabad Bench of the Bombay High Court. The State, through its counsel, informed the Court that the investigation was complete and a charge-sheet would be filed within a few days. Consequently, the petitioners sought permission to withdraw the bail application and to file a fresh bail application before the trial court after the charge-sheet is filed. The Court granted leave to withdraw the application, directing that a fresh bail application may be filed before the trial court with the charge-sheet. The Court also ordered that the fees of the appointed legal aid advocate be paid by the Legal Services Sub Committee. The bail application was thus disposed of as withdrawn.
