The High Court of Bombay heard bail application No. 1654 of 2026 filed by Sandeep Rajpal Kumar, who was in custody in connection with NCB case No. NCB/MZU/Cr-11/2024. The applicant, represented by Mr. Tarish V. Sathe and Ms. Hrudayanshi Joshi, sought release pending trial, while the State, represented by Special Counsel Mr. S. K. The Court, after noting the submissions, granted bail on a set of stringent conditions, including a personal bond of Rs. 1,00,000, monthly reporting to the investigating officer, restrictions on travel, and prohibitions against tampering with evidence.
