Holding

A bail application may be withdrawn even after a charge-sheet is filed, and the application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Summary

The applicant, Sanket Manoj Jatwe, filed a bail application in the Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench. During the pendency of the application, the charge-sheet was filed against him. The applicant sought to withdraw the bail application and indicated his intention to file a fresh application before the trial court after the charge-sheet.
