The Court permitted the correction of the identified clerical errors and disposed of the praecipe.

Summary

The applicant, Vishal Babanrao Jadhav, filed a bail application before the Bombay High Court. The Court had earlier issued an order on 30 September 2026 containing several clerical errors. By filing a praecipe on 1 October 2026, the applicant sought specific corrections: insertion of sections 302, 120B and 201 after section 338, amendment of a date from 18‑09‑2021 to 08‑09‑2021, and replacement of a phrase concerning a co‑accused’s bail with the correct description of Accused No.1’s bail. Advocate Mr. Shivraj N. Kunchge represented the applicant and argued for the rectification. Justice Milind N. Jadhav ordered that the necessary corrections be made to the original order and that the praecipe be disposed.
