The Court ordered that the specified typographical corrections be made to the order dated 12 June 2026.
Summary
The Court considered a praecipe filed by counsel Mr. Jatin Karia (Shah) on behalf of the applicants seeking correction of typographical errors in the order dated 12 June 2026. The petition highlighted the omission of Advocate Mr. Janmesh Vora’s name in the appearance section and the erroneous reference to the respondent as "NCB" instead of "Vanrai Police Station" in several paragraphs. The Court examined the request and found no substantive objection to the proposed amendments. Consequently, it ordered that the missing advocate’s name be inserted and the incorrect respondent designation be replaced throughout the order. After the corrections, the original order was to be re‑uploaded on the Court’s official website, and the praecipe was disposed.
