Bombay High Court
BRAMHADEV YELTU PARIHARversusTHE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA
- Decided
- Disposal
- Disposed Off
Holding
The Court allowed the applicant to withdraw the bail application and disposed of it.
Summary
The applicant, Bramhadev Yeltu Parihar, filed a bail application after his case was committed to the Court of Sessions. He pointed out that two other accused, Mithun Parihar and Manikchand Parihar, had already been released on bail in the same criminal case (CR No. 523/2025). The applicant argued that his role was identical to theirs and therefore sought permission to withdraw his current bail application and file a fresh one before the trial court. The High Court granted him liberty to withdraw the application and consequently disposed of the pending bail application. No substantive merits of bail were examined as the matter was procedural.
