TARZAN SANTOSH OHOLversusTHE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA AND ANOTHER
- Disposal
- Dismissed as Withdrawn
Holding
The Court allowed the withdrawal of the present bail application and directed the filing of a fresh application before the trial court.
Summary
Tarzan Santosh Ohol applied for bail in Criminal Bail Application No.424 of 2026 concerning C.R. No.639 of 2022 lodged at Tembhurni Police Station. The State pointed out that an earlier order dated 18 December 2025 in Criminal Bail Application No.3606 of 2025 required any renewal of liberty to be made before the trial court. The applicant, through counsel, sought permission to withdraw the present bail application and file a fresh one before the trial court in accordance with that liberty. The State did not oppose the request. The High Court granted leave to withdraw the current application, directed the applicant to file a fresh bail application before the trial court, and disposed of the present application as withdrawn.
