2. This preceipe is moved for speaking to the minutes of order
dated 28th January 2026, this Court has allowed the Applicant to
withdraw the Application with liberty to file fresh Application after five
months, but in the second paragraph of the order ‘liberty to file fresh
Application after one month’ is mentioned, it should be ‘liberty to file
fresh Application after five months’.
3. Correction be made accordingly.
4. Preacipe is disposed of.
