The bail application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application after six months.

Summary

The applicant, Vaishali Anil Tikam, filed a criminal bail application (No. 4396 of 2025) before the Bombay High Court. The trial court reported that five witnesses had been examined and the trial was at its final stage. On this basis, the applicant’s counsel sought permission to withdraw the bail application, requesting liberty to file a fresh application after six months if the trial remained incomplete. The respondent’s counsel opposed the withdrawal. The Court, after hearing both sides, allowed the withdrawal of the bail application with the liberty to file a fresh application after six months, and disposed of the present application.
