                     1.      After hearing the learned advocate for the Applicant for

                     some time and the learned APP for the State, I have expressed

                     disinclination to allow the application. The learned advocate

                     for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the

                     application. She also prays that the learned Trial Court be

                     directed to expedite the hearing of the trial. The request for

                     withdrawal is granted.


                     2.      Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty

                     as prayed for.


                     3.      The learned Trial Court make an endeavor to conclude

                     the trial as expeditiously as possible.
