ORDER :
1. This motion is moved for speaking to minutes of the order
dated 07-07-2026 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.506 of
2026.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, in the condition
clause [c] of the operative part of the aforesaid order, applicant is
directed to attend the concerned Police Station twice in every week
i.e. on every Wednesday and Saturday. However, during the
investigation in the said crime, investigation has been transferred
from Pimpalner Police Station, District Dhule to the Economic
Offences Wing (EOW), Dhule. Therefore, necessary correction is
required to be made in clause (c).

3. In view of above submission, in clause [c] of the operative part
of the order dated 07-07-2026, in the first list, words “Police Station”
be replaced with words “Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Dhule”.
4. Necessary correction be carried out and corrected copy of the
order dated 07-07-2026 be uploaded.
