VASIM ALIAS MASI LIYAKAT JAMADARversusTHE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA AND ANR.

Disposal
Disposed off as Withdrawn

Holding

The Court granted leave to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a fresh application before the trial court.

Summary

The applicant, Vasim Alias Masi Liyakat Jamadar, sought to withdraw his pending bail application (No. 752 of 2026) after having been granted liberty to renew his bail request by an earlier order dated 17.12.2025. He filed the present application instead of a fresh one before the trial court and requested permission to withdraw the current application and file a new one. The respondent's counsel did not oppose the request. The Court, noting the applicant's intention and the lack of opposition, granted leave to withdraw the present bail application, allowing the applicant to file a fresh application before the trial court, which will be considered on its merits. Consequently, the bail application was disposed of as withdrawn.
