Disposal
Disposed off as Withdrawn

Holding

The Court granted leave to withdraw the bail application, permitting the applicant to file a fresh bail application later if there is a change in circumstances or no substantial progress in the trial for nine months.

Summary

The applicant, Ronak Alias Rajat Suraj Rajput, filed a criminal bail application (No. 836 of 2026) before the Bombay High Court seeking release on bail. After hearing, the applicant's counsel, Mr. Nakul Shukla, requested a pass‑over to consult the client and then sought leave to withdraw the bail application, reserving the right to file a fresh application if circumstances change or if the trial does not progress for nine months. The State's counsel, Mr. S. H. Yadav, did not oppose the request. The Court granted the leave to withdraw the present application and allowed the applicant to file a fresh bail application later, subject to the usual legal standards. Consequently, the bail application was marked as withdrawn and disposed of.
