Summary

The applicant's counsel identified a technical deficiency in the application and, instead of seeking amendment, requested withdrawal to file a fresh application. The State's counsel did not oppose the request. The Court, after noting the unopposed request, granted leave to withdraw the bail application. Consequently, the bail application was dismissed as withdrawn.
