Summary
The petitioners Rohidas Sahebrao Tajanpure and another filed an appeal against Order No. 19 of 2026 passed in Civil Applications No. 10016 and 2192 of 2026 filed by the respondents M/s Trymens Properties. The appeal sought a direction that the pending Regular Civil Appeal No. 166/2024 be decided expeditiously. Both parties presented their submissions before the Bench of Justice Sanjay A. Deshmukh. The Court considered the need for speedy disposal of pending civil matters and the hierarchy of cases that may be expedited by higher courts. It held that the prayer to have the appeal decided within six months should be granted, subject to any other matters that the Supreme Court or this Court may prioritize.
