CORAM : KISHORE C. SANT &
HITEN S. VENEGAVKAR, JJ.
DATED : 22nd SEPTEMBER 2026
PER COURT :
1. Heard learned Advocate for the applicant.
2. Present application is filed in the nature of Review
petition seeking recalling of the judgment and order dated
25.11.2025 passed in Writ Petition No. 14031 of 2025.
3. The application is perused. Learned Advocate for the
applicant submits that the order which is impugned in the present
application for recalling, in fact, was passed on the basis of the
wrong prayers which were made in the earlier petition. Taking this
submission into consideration, we do not find that the present
application can be entertained because there is no error apparent
on the face of record.
4. The application therefore stands dismissed.

making appropriate prayer.
