1.         Civil Application No. 11378 of 2026 is taken up for

consideration. This application has been filed by the petitioners

seeking an amendment to the main Writ Petition.

2.         Heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.

3.         Since this amendment application has been preferred at the

pre-admission stage, the application stands allowed. Necessary

amendments to the memo of the Writ Petition shall be carried out by

the petitioners on or before 05th October, 2026. Concurrently, legible

copies of the amended petition shall be supplied to the learned

counsel appearing for the respective respondents.

4.         At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the

writ petition stands over to 07th October, 2026, to be placed in the

'Urgent' category to enable the filing of a rejoinder. A copy of the said

rejoinder shall be served upon the contesting sides at the latest by

06th October, 2026.

5.         The Intervention Application, being Civil Application No.

11388 of 2026, shall be taken up and heard at the time of admission

of the main Writ Petition.

6.         Ad-interim relief / interim arrangement operating in the

matter, if any, shall continue to remain in force till the next date of

hearing.
