ORDER :


.     Learned advocate for the applicants – acquiring body
submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court while
granting conditional stay, the acquiring body has deposited
amount in this Court on 10.08.2026.


2.    Since the applicants – acquiring body has deposited the
entire amount in this Court, interim relief granted earlier
deserves to be confirmed. Hence the civil applications for stay
are allowed in terms of prayer clause ‘B’. The civil applications
are disposed of.
