3.    For   the   reasons   mentioned   in   the     Applications,            the
Applications are allowed in terms of Prayer Clause – ‘B’, subject to

payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) to be paid to
the High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad. The office shall
register the Appeals.


4.      Applications stand disposed of accordingly.

.       List the Applications for directions after two (02) weeks
before the concerned Court where the Appeal would lie.

[III] ORDER IN FIRST APPEALS :


1.      In the meanwhile, call Record and Proceedings with Paper-
book.


2.      The learned Advocate Mr. Prafulsing H. Patil, holding for the
learned Advocate Mr. R. M. Patil submits that, mistakenly the
name of the learned Advocate Mr. R. M. Patil is shown in the cause
list. He further submits that, the learned Advocate Mr. V. B. Patil
has already caused appearance for the respective Claimants.
