The acquiring body deposited the amount as directed by the Court on 31‑08‑2026, prompting the Court to confirm the conditional stay previously granted. The Court also considered applications for condonation of delay, noting that the delay was not intentional and was satisfactorily explained. Consequently, the Court allowed the civil applications for stay and for delay, disposing of them. Both the stay and the condonation of delay were affirmed.
