Disposal
DISPOSED OFF

Holding

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn on the ground that it has become infructuous.

Summary

Santosh Hanmantrao Khanderay filed Writ Petition No. 1345 of 2018 before the Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench, seeking relief against the State of Maharashtra and others. Subsequently, a related Civil Application No. 4685 of 2020 was also filed. On further instructions, the petitioner’s counsel moved that the writ petition had become infructuous due to the passage of time and sought leave to withdraw it. The Court examined the request and, finding that the petition was indeed infructuous, ordered its withdrawal. Accordingly, the writ petition was disposed of as withdrawn and the accompanying civil application was also marked disposed.
