Summary
The High Court of Bombay, Aurangabad bench, heard multiple civil applications filed by Champalal Chandmal Samdadiya and others seeking condonation of delay and withdrawal of compensation awarded by a tribunal against the Divisional Controller of MSRTC Dhule.
