Holding
The civil application is disposed of due to procedural oversight.
Summary
The High Court of Bombay, Aurangabad Bench, noted that a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) scheduled for 23 July 2026 was inadvertently delayed, leading to the civil application being mistakenly left for disposal. The court re‑listed the PIL for 28 July 2026, but it could not be heard, and consequently set a fresh urgent admission date of 23 October 2026. In view of the procedural mishap, the court ordered the civil application to be disposed of. No substantive merits of the civil application were addressed. The order primarily dealt with case management and scheduling of the pending PIL.
