Holding

The Court allowed the civil application and ordered the appellants to implead the applicant as a respondent in the First Appeal.

Summary

Mr. Rajesh Narayan Basatwar complained that an enquiry was initiated against him but he was not made a party to the subsequent First Appeal (No. 1690/2026). He filed a civil application seeking to be added as a respondent in that appeal. The respondents’ counsel raised no objection to his inclusion. The Court, after noting the lack of objection, allowed the application and directed the appellants to amend the appeal to implead Mr. Basatwar as Respondent No. 2 and to file the amended appeal memo. The application was thereafter disposed of.
