PER COURT :
1. By this application, the applicants pray for direction to correct the
name of applicant No.3/1 in cause title and record and proceedings of
First Appeal No.600 of 2011 and, consequently, in the order dated 22 nd
April, 2026 passed by this Court.
2. It is submitted that the name of applicant No. 3/1 has been
incorrectly mentioned as “Manjushri Prasadrao Kulkarni”, whereas her

correct name is “Manjushree Prasad Patil”. In support of the said
contention, the applicant has placed on record a copy of the Aadhaar
Card and the heirship certificate.
3. Considering the material placed on record, the application deserves
to be allowed. Hence, the following order:
ORDER
1. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B)
and (C), which read as under:
“B. Direct that the name of Applicant/Appellant No.3/1
appearing in the cause title, record and proceedings of First
Appeal No.600 of 2011 and in the Judgment and Order dated
22.04.2026 be corrected from "Manjushri Prasadrao Kulkarni" to
"Manjushree Prasad Patil";
C. Direct the Registry to carry out necessary corrections in
the cause title, judgment, decree and all consequential records
maintained by this Hon'ble Court;”
