ORDER :
. Present application is filed for withdrawal of amount deposited
by the petitioner with this Court in compliance of order dated 19.09.2017.
Writ Petition came to be disposed of vide order dated 08.04.2026 directing
the Hon’ble Minister to decide the revision application afresh on its own
merits in accordance with law. The amount deposited by the
petitioner/applicant with this Court as per order dated 19.09.2017 was
ordered to be retained till the decision of the revision application. The
Hon’ble Minister has allowed the revision filed by the applicant by order

dated 13.07.2026.
2 In view of the above, permission is granted to the
petitioner/applicant to withdraw the amount deposited with this Court
pursuant to order dated 19.09.2017 with accrued interest, if any.
3 Civil Application stands disposed of.
