The delay is condoned subject to payment of costs and removal of objections.

Summary

Suresh Dattarao Mane filed a writ petition (WP/1658/2024) against the State of Maharashtra. The petition was delayed, and the applicant sought condonation of the delay through a civil application. The High Court examined the reasons for the delay and imposed a condition that the applicant deposit Rs.1,000 as costs with the Advocates’ Association within 15 days and remove any office objections within two weeks thereafter. Upon compliance, the court condoned the delay and restored the writ petition. The civil application was thereafter disposed of.
