representatives of deceased Chandrakant Narsingh Basatwar, who died

on 10.04.2021. There is delay of 1833 days caused in filing this

application.

02. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands

condoned. This application is allowed. Necessary amendment in the

cause title be carried out within two weeks from today. The petitioner to

move this Court after carrying out the amendment.
