RANGNATH SAKHARAM KULKARNI AND OTHERSversusTHE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA THROUGH ITS SECRETARY AND OTHERS

Disposal
DISPOSED OFF

Holding

The Court directed the registry to allow the applicants to remove the office objections and restored the writ petition to its original stage.

Summary

The applicants, Rangnath Sakharam Kulkarni and others, filed a civil application seeking relief from office objections imposed by the registry. They requested the court to recall two earlier orders dated 8 March 2024 and 11 October 2024 and to restore their writ petition (No. 1488/2024) to its original stage. The High Court, after considering the application, granted relief under prayer clause B, directing the registry to allow the applicants to remove the office objections. The court ordered that the writ petition be restored and that the applicants remove the objections within four weeks. No substantive discussion of legal principles was recorded beyond the directive to the registry.
