Summary

The petitioner, Dnyanoba Kondiba Sarode, filed a civil application seeking the withdrawal of Rs.1,44,109 deposited by the State of Maharashtra in the High Court pursuant to earlier orders. The application relied on an E‑statement of an award dated 22‑02‑2022 and requested the amount with interest to be credited to the petitioner’s bank account. The Court examined the prayer and the supporting documents and found no impediment to the withdrawal. Consequently, the Court allowed the application, directing that the amount and interest be released to the petitioner. The order also directed that necessary corrections be made within two weeks.
