                    DATED : 1st October, 2026

Per Court :

1. None for the petitioner.

2. Under the order dated 14th July 2020 though simple

notice to the respondents was issued, but it was also made

clear that no cognizance of this contempt petition was taken by

before the Court for taking circulation. Thus, it appears that

the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition.
