                 P.C. :

                 1. In this contempt petition, the respondent has filed
affidavit-in-reply on 07.09.2012, wherein it is stated that the
provident fund amount of Rs.2,69,843/- and gratuity
amount of Rs.95,096/- has been paid to the petitioner.
                 2. In view of the compliance of the order under
contempt, nothing survives in the contempt petition and the
same stands disposed of with liberty that if at all the
petitioner is aggrieved by the quantum of amount determined
by respondent, it would be open for the petitioner to agitate
the grievance by availing the appropriate remedy under law.
