TRIMURTI PAWAN PRATISHTHAN THR ITS SECRETARY MR. MANISH ANNASAHEB GHADGEPATILversusTHE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA AND OTHERS
- Disposal
- DISPOSED OFF
Holding
The petition is disposed as the petitioner has been granted liberty to seek redressal of the unreasoned order in the appropriate forum.
Summary
The petitioner, Trimurti Pawan Pratishthan, filed a contempt petition challenging an order issued by respondent No.4 in response to a final show‑cause notice dated 24‑12‑2020, alleging that the order was not reasoned. The petitioner sought to contest the order on the ground of lack of reasons. The Court observed that, under the contempt order, the petitioner had already been granted liberty to seek redressal of any grievance arising from the respondent’s order. Since that liberty was expressly provided, the Court found no further ground to entertain the challenge. Consequently, the petition was disposed, leaving the petitioner free to approach the appropriate forum for any further relief.

DATED : SEPTEMBER 29, 2026
ORDER:-
1. Heard.
2. The record shows that as per the direction of this Court,
respondent No.4 has passed order in respect of final show cause notice
dated 24.12.2020, which can be seen at page No. 67 of the petition.
However, it is the grievance of the learned counsel for the petitioner
that the said order cannot be said to be a reasoned order. However, as
per the order under contempt, in paragraph No.8, the liberty is
already granted to the petitioner to seek redressal of its grievance, if
the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by respondent No.4
pursuant to final show cause notice dated 24.12.2020.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the
petitioner intends to challenge this order as per the liberty given since
no reasons are assigned in the order passed by respondent No.4 in the
aforesaid order.
4. Under such circumstances, with the liberty as aforesaid, the
petition stands disposed of.
