- DISPOSED OFF
Holding
The petition is disposed as there is no longer any contempt.
Summary
Ram Bhanudas Magar filed a contempt petition against Narayan Santram Bansode after a prior order directed the Head Master to forward the petitioner's proposal, including his pay scale, to the appropriate authorities. The respondent filed an affidavit stating that the proposal had been forwarded to the Education Officer of the Zilla Parishad and that arrears from December 2006 to October 2012 had been paid in compliance with the order. The court examined the affidavit and found that the respondent had complied with the earlier contempt order. Consequently, the court held that no grounds for contempt remained. The petition was therefore disposed of.
