SHANKAR JANYYA PAGOTE AND OTHERSversusDR. SANJAY CHAHANDE AND OTHERS

Disposal
DISPOSED OFF

Holding

The petition is disposed as there is no surviving issue after the representations were decided.

Summary

The petitioners, Shankar Jannya Pagote and others, filed a continuous petition (No. 389 of 2020) seeking relief against Dr. Sanjay Chahande and others. The respondents argued that the petitioner's counsel was no longer present and that the petition was limited to deciding the petitioners' representations, which had already been resolved as per a communication dated 14-12-2020. The Court examined the submissions and found that the issue raised by the petitioners had been previously decided. Consequently, the Court held that there was no remaining matter for adjudication. The petition was therefore dismissed as nothing survived in it.
