The Court held that the Government Resolution demonstrated compliance with its direction, and therefore the petition is disposed.
Summary
The petitioner, Hariom Bahuuddeshiya Sevabhavi Sanstha Halad Wadhawana, sought an Essential Certificate for 40 students enrolled in the GNM course for the academic year 2019-2020.
