Summary

Tarachand Yashwant Jadav filed a contempt petition against Suvarna Mane, Deputy Conservator of Forest, alleging non‑compliance with a court order. The respondent appeared before the court and submitted an additional affidavit stating that the pension proposal for the petitioner had been forwarded to the Accountant General, Maharashtra, and that arrears including a cost of Rs.25,000 had already been paid. The court examined the affidavit and the accompanying letter dated 29.01.2026.
