Holding
The petition is disposed as there is nothing further to adjudicate because the contempt order has been complied with.
Summary
The petitioner, Sayeed Hakim Sayyed Katthumiya, filed a contempt petition challenging the non‑implementation of an order dated 08/08/2019 issued by the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad, concerning the appointment to the post of Head of the Centre. The respondent, Abhijit B. Kumbhat, Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad Beed, along with the State, argued that the contempt order had already been complied with. The Court examined the record and found that the required appointment had indeed been effected and that similar pending matters had been resolved. Consequently, the Court held that there was no longer any operative issue remaining in the petition. The petition was therefore disposed of by the Court.
