Summary

Petitioner Banabai Bajrang Rajput filed a contempt petition seeking enforcement of a direction dated 21 November 2011 and 2 December 2011 for payment of rental compensation. The State, represented by the Additional Government Pleader, submitted that the applications had already been decided and Rs.2,34,828 had been paid to the petitioner, with the cheque and receipt placed on record.
