Summary

The appellant, ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company, appealed against the respondents, Shri Vasudeo Balbhim Pawar and another, in a civil appellate matter before the High Court of Bombay, Kolhapur Circuit Bench. Both parties presented a settlement agreement (Exh. X) which the court accepted. The court ordered that the appellant be paid Rs.2,50,000 with proportionate interest, while the remaining amount with accrued interest be paid to the claimant respondent. The settlement also stipulated that statutory deposits and accrued interest form part of the claimant's entitlement.
