Holding

The court ordered the correction of the minutes to include the appearance of Mr. V.D. Gunale and disposed of the motion.

Summary

The High Court of Bombay, Aurangabad Bench, heard a motion to correct the minutes of its order dated 24‑08‑2026 in First Appeal No. 4009 of 2008 and related appeals. The appellant, the Executive Engineer, Zilla Parishad, Latur, had filed the appeal, while the original claimants were represented by counsel Mr. V.D. Gunale, whose name was omitted from the title clause of the order. Mr. Gunale petitioned the court to have his appearance recorded for the original claimants. The court, after considering the submission, held that the omission was a clerical error and ordered that the correction be made and the corrected order uploaded. Consequently, the motion was disposed of and the corrected order deemed to reflect the proper appearance of counsel.
