original Respondent No.1.
2. On 15.06.2026, learned Advocate for Petitioner informed that
the Management had undergone change and supplied the details of
new Management.
3. Notice was accordingly issued to the new Management.
According to the office note, said notice has been duly served. Even
as per the Additional Affidavit of Service, the notice is served with
postal remark “Item Delivered (Addressee)”.

5. Petition is pending since 2010. Considering the averments
made in the Application and the nature of controversy involved, the
