1. This Interim Application is circulated pursuant to the praecipe

dated 01.10.2026. Same is taken on record and marked “X” for

identification. In view of the urgency expressed by Mr. Rajdeep Shitole,

learned Advocate for the Applicant, this Application was ordered to be

listed on the “Production List”.

2. By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the

following substantive relief in terms of prayer clause (a) :-

(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicant
to make the necessary correction in cause title of the Civil
Revision Application No. 33 of 2026 to the extent of the
addresses of the Respondents and the name of Respondent No. 3
and accordingly the Applicant be permitted to carryout
necessary amendments in the memo of Civil Revision
Application.

3. Mr. Rajdeep Shitole, learned Advocate for the Applicant, states

that the request made in this Application is for correction of the

causetitle and not for any changes in the memo of the Civil Revision

Application No. 33 of 2026.

4. In view of the statement made by Mr. Rajdeep Shitole, learned

Advocate for the Applicant and considering that the request made in

this Application is for correction in the cause title of the Civil Revision

Application No. 33 of 2026, this Application is allowed in terms of

prayer clause (a).

5. Interim Application No. 1571 of 2026 is disposed of.
