keeping open all questions on locus of the applicant.
4. Without going into larger issue as to intersay dispute
between Power of Attorney holder Mr. Wadhawan and Resolution
Professional of Somerset Constructions Private Limited, the prayer
clause (d) in Interim Application No. 2634 of 2026 to the extent of
adding Applicant as a Petitioner is allowed.
5. Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of
one week from today.
6. All the parties shall make their submission on the next date.
7. It is made clear on the next date no adjournment shall be
granted on any ground whatsoever

8. For the reasons stated therein, Interim Application is allowed
in terms of prayer clause (a).
