for the accused. In view of the fact that this is application made by the
complainant seeking intervention for the purpose of assisting the

2. Applicant is directed to carry out necessary amendment
forthwith. The counsel for the accused is directed to supply a copy of
the application along with the documents to the counsel for the
intervener.

Interim protection granted earlier shall continue till the next date.
