The Court relaxed condition (iii) and modified condition (iv) of the bail order.
Summary
The applicant, Dnyandeo Vitthal Pawar, filed an interim application seeking relaxation of two bail conditions imposed by the Bombay High Court on 13 February 2025. Condition (iii) prohibited him from entering Pune District except for court appearances, and condition (iv) required him to report to the police station in his residence jurisdiction once a month. The applicant's counsel argued that these restrictions were excessive, while the State's counsel opposed any relaxation. The Court, after hearing both sides, relaxed condition (iii) entirely and modified condition (iv) to require attendance at the police station only when required. The interim application was subsequently disposed.
